Senate,Capital Punishments, Kidnappers,Armed and Pen Robbers.
The Nigerian Senate on Wednesday 4th May 2016, resolved to make a law prescribing capital punishment for kidnappers. This is a welcome development. The Senate should also consider to make law prescribing same punishment for armed robbery and pen robbery. There is no difference between kidnapping, armed robbery and pen robbery. By the way, how many laws have the Senate passed since inception?
