As Saraki Heads to Supreme Court!
Following the Appeal Court judgement (on Friday 30/10/15) that Saraki’s trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, should go ahead, the Senate President, has indicated interest to proceed to Supreme Court. All these efforts are to use the court/law to stop his trial. What an irony that, He as the Chief law officer of the country, is trying all He can, to stop his criminal trial using the instrumentality of the law.
If Saraki is afraid to face the law, how then will Nigerians obey/respect the laws he is helping to make? His actions indicate his is afraid of facing the law, because a clear conscience fears no accusations or court processes. Yours truly had earlier asked him to step aside, till his trials are over. That would be in the best interest of the nation.
