Appeal Court strikes out Saraki’s application to stop trial. Mr Saraki had approached the Appeal Court, seeking to compel the CCT to stay proceedings on his trials, pending the determination of another application he filed before the Appeal Court. Saraki is challenging the ruling by CCT, that it had jurisdiction to try him.
