Soba, Lere, Saminaka, Makarfi, Ikara provides 90% of the industrial requirements of maize and sorghum, Kano, Kebbi, Niger will provide 80% of rice consume in West Africa, Kaduna Adamawa, Kwara provides 80% of sugarcane requirements, Kaduna State alone provides the entire nation requirements of ginger and garlic, Bauchi, Borno, Yobe, Taraba can provides 70% of our meat requirements, Kano, Kaduna can provides the industrial requirements of all tomatoes factories, Niger, Nassarawa and Kaduna can provides 70% of our groundnut requirements. Katsina, Kano can provides 80% of industrial cotton requirements, Sokoto, Kebbi, Zamfara can provides the entire nation beans requirements Plateau, Benue and Taraba can provides the nations milk requirements while singlehandedly Benue is the food basket of the nation. Borno and Kebbi can provides 50% of the nation fish requirements.

In Richifa Kaduna State, Ikara Kaduna State Bidda Niger State, Dandume Katsina, Kachia Kaduna State there is a single farmer who can meet the entire consumption requirements of the South East of Maize, Groundnuts, Tomatoes, Garlic, Ginger or beans.
